Who's keen on next war being 15vs15?
Need to work out who's in who's out or draw names from hat or something? Who's in the war isn't in next war to give everyone a chance at war and so on so forth kinda thing?

We should give a 15v15 a go. Maybe have people that always get some stars and then rolling subs to let people have a go at war. Even make people practice their war attacks and post a reply before allowing them into the war?

Maybe have two different groups for warring? As in a hardcore war group who go all in to win, and a 2nd group for people to practise and earn their way into the top group. That way,it discourages those who sit out wars, while also gives people a time to rest from wars. We could also have a group of non-stop warrers who are in both groups.
